How to improve my English skill

Was wondering is there any quick ways to improve my English writing and speaking skill within short period.

Because I've been chosen for 2nd Interview which i need to communicate with several person and with professional English speaking skill..

But my English speaking skill is really lame and I was wondering how can i speedy improve my English skill...

This is what I'm doing:

Listen to English Radio..

Write English Blog..

Read News..

The best thing is bring a digital dictionary along with me so that i can get the definition of those vocabularies immediately..

Is there any quick ways for me to gain more English skills??

Falling in love ~~

I think that im falling in love with a person dy..

Was thinking of him, wondering what he doing over there..

SMS-ing and MSN-ing with him, also even wanted to call him..

haha is this the 1st stage of falling in love??
